Limited Time rebate offer: $20,000 Off Select New Homes – Pelican Shores Estate
Promotion Overview
This promotion offers a one‑off $20,000 rebate on the contract purchase price of nominated homes at Pelican Shores Estate ("Offer"). The rebate will be applied as a reduction of the Purchase Price of the Home and reflected in the Settlement Statement. It is not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied post‑settlement.
For clarity, the $20,000 rebate is available on select homes at Pelican Shores Estate for contracts signed between 9:00 AM (AEST) on 8 August 2025 and 5:00 PM (AEST) on 30 September 2025. The rebate will be applied as a deduction from the purchase price at settlement. This Offer is subject to availability and applies only to eligible purchasers who meet the criteria below.
Promoter
The promoter is Hampshire Property Group Pty Ltd (ACN 119 144 311) ATF Hampshire Property Trust (ABN 80 359 680 549).
Eligibility
The promotion is open to individuals who:
Enter into a binding Contract of Sale for a participating property at Pelican Shores Estate during the promotional period; and
Satisfy all conditions in the Eligibility Criteria below.
Employees, agents or contractors of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this Offer all of the following conditions must be met:
The purchaser must be among the first 20 eligible purchasers to satisfy all criteria;
A fully‑signed Contract of Sale must be executed and a deposit of at least $3,000 received by the Promoter between 9:00 AM (AEST) on 8 August 2025 and 5:00 PM (AEST) on 30 September 2025;
Settlement of the home must occur on or before 31 January 2026;
The Offer applies only to select homes as nominated by the Promoter in its sole discretion;
The purchaser must acquire a new select home and lease the associated land under a site agreement with the Promoter or an associated entity of the Promoter;
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, rebate or discount, present or future; and
The purchaser must not be in breach of the Contract of Sale at any time.
Promotional Period
Commences 9:00 AM (AEST) on 8 August 2025 and concludes 5:00 PM (AEST) on 30 September 2025, unless extended or withdrawn earlier at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
Rebate Details – The Offer
The rebate amount is $20,000 and will be applied as a reduction to the purchase price of the moveable dwelling at settlement. It will be reflected in the settlement statement provided to the purchaser. The rebate is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Conditions of Offer
Available only for select properties as determined by the Promoter.
The rebate will not be provided if the purchaser fails to meet any contractual obligations, including settlement.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions.
Misleading or Deceptive Conduct
The Promoter warrants that all representations regarding this promotion are accurate and not misleading. Participants are encouraged to seek independent legal or financial advice before entering into any contract.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, provided such amendments comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Any disputes arising from this promotion will be governed by the laws of Victoria.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this promotion will be handled in accordance with the dispute‑resolution procedures outlined in the Contract of Sale. Purchasers may also seek remedies under the Australian Consumer Law if they believe their rights have been infringed.
